MBX NEON & MBX NEON PLUG IN

Bright and intense

MBX neon and MBX neon plug in are based on the patented 2010 MBX letter system. The combination of high end CNC technology and precision craftsmanship allows us to manufacture letters with an ultra convincing 3D neon effect.

We mill this product from 4-ply Plexiglas. Each layer is individually laminated under pressure and guarantees perfect and bright illumination.

After mechanical processing, the manual finishing and final polishing of the Plexiglas takes place. The radius simulates the neon tube and we require a stroke width of at least 15mm to achieve the effect.

The brightness and intensity of the colours is achieved through the use of coloured Plexiglas.

Flexible and versatile

The Chiplite LED modules are not moulded, cast or bound in resin. The Chiplite LEDs can be easily removed and replaced if required. We offer this product for both indoor and outdoor use. The back of the relief letter consists of a removable aluminium rear panel, which serves as a cooling element for the LEDs and also accommodates the fixings. The FREELINE variant is particularly suitable for almost invisible suspension in a variety of locations. The 1.5mm stainless steel cables can then be used for both the suspension and the power supply.
